Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason by notifying AETHEL within 14 days from the day you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To exercise this right, email an unambiguous statement to support@aetheljewelry.eu. Please include your name, order number and the item you wish to return. You may also use the model withdrawal form below. It is sufficient that your notice is sent before the 14-day period expires.

Returning the goods

After notifying us, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. Please contact us before dispatch so that we can identify the return correctly. Returns should be sent to:

Use a service that provides suitable proof of postage. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return shipping cost. AETHEL pays the necessary return shipping cost when the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with the order.

Condition of returned goods

You may inspect the bracelet as you would in a shop. Return it with all supplied parts and, where reasonably possible, in its original presentation. You are responsible only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

Following a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are made using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without cost to you. If a paid premium delivery option is offered in the future, only the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered will be refundable.

Faulty or incorrect goods

The withdrawal policy does not limit your statutory rights when goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Goods sold to consumers in the EU benefit from the applicable legal guarantee of conformity, with a minimum duration of two years from delivery.
