Terms of service
1. Seller and scope
The online store at https://aetheljewelry.eu is operated by Krum Ivanov under the storefront name AETHEL Jewelry Co., with contact address Bul. VITOSHA 150, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria and email support@aetheljewelry.eu. These terms apply to consumer orders accepted for delivery within the supported member states of the European Union.
2. Product information
The main characteristics, available sizes, materials and current price of each product are stated on its product page. Images are illustrative and screen settings may affect colour and perceived scale. Nothing in these terms excludes the requirement that the goods conform to the description and agreed characteristics.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in euro. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. Placing an order authorises the selected payment method for the total shown before confirmation. A payment confirmation alone does not oblige AETHEL to accept an order that cannot lawfully or practically be fulfilled; in that event, the customer will be notified and any captured payment will be refunded.
4. Order acceptance
After an order is placed, the customer receives an electronic acknowledgement. The sales contract is concluded when AETHEL confirms acceptance or dispatches the order. AETHEL may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including an evident pricing error, suspected fraud, an unsupported delivery destination or unavailable stock. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.
5. Delivery
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery is complimentary to supported EU destinations. Bulgaria orders are sent with Econt and normally arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Other supported EU orders are routed through Direx and, where applicable, a local delivery partner; most arrive in around 7 business days, with up to 14 business days allowed after dispatch. 6. Withdrawal and returns
Consumers may notify AETHEL of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery and must send the goods back no later than 14 days after that notice. The customer pays the direct return cost for a change-of-mind return. AETHEL pays the necessary return cost for faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods. 7. Legal guarantee and complaints
The customer retains all mandatory consumer rights. Goods sold to consumers in the EU benefit from the applicable legal guarantee of conformity, with a minimum duration of two years from delivery. If an item is faulty or does not conform to the agreed description, contact support@aetheljewelry.eu with the order number and supporting photographs where relevant. Remedies are provided in accordance with applicable law.
8. Personal data
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and the choices presented by the cookie banner. Payment data is processed by the selected payment provider.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. This choice does not deprive an EU consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of the consumer's country of habitual residence. The parties should first try to resolve complaints directly by email.
